Since I just found the old post, now I can just add the ones I’ve found since then!
SpeedDial is the best thing ever
GoogleMaps for Treo is nice. Anything to bypass Blazer is great
ListPro is good for listing things that aren’t next actions
SplashID keeps bank account numbers, Anna’s vital numbers and info, etc.
PocketDoan is what I use for the “Printable CEO” 15 minute timer. It “dongs” every quarter hour, telling me to evaluate what I’ve been doing those 15 minutes, record it quickly, and move along being productive. It works.
SoundRec for capturing Anna’s beautiful voice on the phone. You have to mess with the settings to get it just right, if you max it out, it clips terribly.
MovieRec records movies witht he Treo’s camera. Records them in some asinine format that you have to convert to even look at on your pc.
Crosswords (with official college wordlist dictionary) Scrabble clone for the free
LJP Emulator for almost every console. I wonder if the 700p could rock SNES games no problem… I’d love to play Mario Kart at the airport…
WarpSpeed for coaxing my 600 to play NES games at full speed. Tecmo Super Bowl is awesome, especially since there’s an updated version with this year’s rosters! Go Saints!
BackupBuddyVFS backs up all my programs, contacts, appointments, everything, to my SD card. It happens on occasion that my trusty Treo crashes, and I’ve been on the road and haven’t synced in a week or something. This keeps the unthinkable (which happened once, and only once) from happening. Don’t want to lose those numbers!
filepc2pda is a free and faster way of transfering to and from the card. It’s a little old-school (it kind of looks like an FTP client) but it does the trick for the free when your cardexport trial expires.
